Mossley take the honours in Stalybridge Snooker League
The league has finally reached its last matches before we start the individuals and team knockout competitions.
Normally there would be some trophy winners to be decided but we already know the winners and runners up in both leagues.
Mossley A lead Hyde Snooker but because Hyde still have one match to play we do not know the winning points margin. The cards are resolved and Mossley B won the league by 2 points ahead of Mossley A.
Congratulations to Mossley A , Mossley B and New boys Hyde SC on winning their respective trophies.
Before the final matches were played Staly Labour changed their name to Staly Vegas and now play from the club.
The final matches saw Hyde SC play St Peters and Mossley B play Staly Vegas in the snooker league and Hyde and St Peters have one match in the card league.
There were 3-2 wins for Hyde SC and Mossley B and St Peters won the last card game.
The final league tables are now shown below . During the season Mossley A won 26 games of snooker, 24 games of billiards and 16 games of snooker doubles.
